Presenter Bios

David Richardson
David Richardson is a partner in the Sacramento and San Francisco offices of DLA Piper LLP (US), a large global law firm and one of the nation’s top firms for start-ups. David specializes in start-up and emerging growth company representation, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. His clients include Clorox, Groupon, Andreesen Horowitz, AIG, Telestream, Accruent, blinkx and BuildingConnected. He graduated from the UC Davis School of Law.

Gabriel Gomez
Gabriel is an accomplished sales and management executive with over 13 years’ experience in the fitness and software industries. Gabriel is currently President and CEO of GymHit Software, a proactive workflow management platform for the fitness industry. His previous positions include co-founder of Fitness Imagination, Inc. and Founder of Ten11 Consulting where he served various positions for sales, marketing, consulting, and business development. Gabriel has a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing from California State University, Sacramento. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities and coaching his daughters’ sports teams.

Nicholas Trosko
Nicholas is the co-founder and COO of GymHit Software, a proactive workflow management platform for the fitness industry. Prior to GymHit Software, Nicholas was the co-founder of Fitness Imagination, Inc. an outsourced personal training sales company that was in over 25 Health Clubs across the US. Before co-founding Fitness Imagination, Nicholas worked as a high level consultant with one of the leading software companies in the fitness industry. Nicholas has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from George Mason University. In his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar and taking his kids on weekend adventures.
