If you’re looking to start a food business, there are a lot of confusing issues to work out. The Alchemist Microenterprise Academy (AMA) wants to help. Their upcoming 12-week business training course will cover the fundamentals of starting and growing a food business.
The next AMA cohort will begin on March 3, 2021 and will be 100% online. The application will be released on January 12th. If you are interested in applying it is MANDATORY to attend one AMA Information Session. The sessions will be held on Zoom. Once you RSVP you will get the link to join.

AMA targets entrepreneurs in the greater Sacramento region, particularly those who are from low-income backgrounds or under-resourced communities.
