OK so to get you started you’re going to have to learn the CVO (Customer Value Optimization) model which is the core of any business (online or offline). It is the absolute core concept you need to understand deeply to scale a company or your personal brand to any meaningful size. Very few people on earth realize how this model works, and those people are the people that are running all the big companies hah!
Read it like 2-3 times, maybe more if you need to. The core concept that most people don’t get is you have to have the ENTIRE SYSTEM in place otherwise it simply doesn’t work. It’s like having a fully built out Ferrari with no wheels. It simply won’t run. You cannot be popular on social media and not have a website or email marketing automation system or all of the other elements to successfully convert people in mass and make lots of money.
