Happy Independence Day! I hope you and yours are enjoying this quintessential summer holiday! It’s a slow week for startup events but I’ve included a few “plan ahead” events for the upcoming weeks.
If this week was going to be the week you finally had time to attend a startup education event, as I mentioned before, there isn’t much going on. However, StartupSac has a library of recorded sessions you can check out at your own pace. Our founder education series Office Hours videos can be found here and our Startup Happy Hour founder interviews can be found here.
For all the procrastinators out there, I’ve got some good news. You have a couple more days to submit your nomination for the Sacramento Region Innovation Awards. The deadline has been extended to July 6. Learn more about eligibility requirements and the nomination process here.
Applications
- Due July 10 Reno-Tahoe gener8tor Accelerator
- Due July 11 5th Annual Minority Women Lead Pitch Competition
- Due July 15 Antares REACH Grant Program
Find out what’s going on the next couple of weeks for entrepreneurs in our region in this week’s Startup Digest. While you’re there, sign up to get the digest weekly in your inbox while you’re there!).
