Our startup community is growing! So we recently published an updated Sacramento Startup and Innovation Ecosystem Diagram. Creator Jeff Bennett has added some significant new features to the diagram. Most notably, this version rearranges the elements in our startup community based on categories like educate, accelerate, fund, scale and more. You can learn about all the changes in Jeff’s blog post here or if you just want to see the results of his great work, view the diagram here.

Speaking of additions to the diagram, the Growth Factory, a new accelerator for our region, starts its first cohort on 9/27 (apply by 8/15). If you missed their Founder Social last week, I’ve got some good news — another one is happening on August 10. Meet the Growth Factory Team, connect with other founders, and learn more about the new Fund & Accelerator at this in-person gathering. RSVP here.
