With all the business failure news we’re hearing about due to the pandemic, it was refreshing to discover businesses in the region that are experiencing stellar growth in the Sacramento Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Businesses celebration last week. Congratulations to Trifeca, perhaps the youngest company on the list, for snagging the #2 spot by growing a whopping 559% from 2017 to 2019! Trifecta’s business is e-commerce and software development for the nutrition industry, including home delivery of healthy, fresh meals. If you want to borrow some of their growth strategies, CEO Greg Connolly shares his inbound digital marketing tactics in this recording from StartupSac’s May Happy Hour.

Additional congratulations are in order for Humanly, the winner of the $10,000 Kings Capitalize prize. Humanly, which helps companies screen job candidates using artificial intelligence, is a Y Combinator alumnus. They’ve also presented at 1 Million Cups Sacramento, participated in StartupSac Warmup Pitch, and took third place in the 2019 UC Davis Big Bang Business Competition. All of these local programs helped to groom them for things to come! Learn from their example and take advantage of local programs for entrepreneurs!
