It’s July and Summer is in full-swing. As folks take a break from school and vacation from work to enjoy a welcome change of pace and scenery, StartupSac is also taking a bit of a breather and some downtime from our monthly Office Hours and Happy Hours events.
But despite this brief hiatus from events in July there will still be learning opportunities to help you become a smarter and better startup founder. In the long-standing tradition of providing summer reading lists during the summer break, we’ll be featuring recordings of past Happy Hour and Office Hours events, as well as events from the Carlsen Center at Sac State and Haney Biz that you can peruse at your leisure (Ok, so it’s really a ‘watch’ list rather than a reading list, but the learning opportunities abound nonetheless).
Over the course of the last year+ we’ve have recorded dozens of hours of valuable information for startup founders. Stay tuned to our social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn – #SummerStartupReading2021) as we share a new resource each business day starting Monday, July 12.
We’ll be featuring a wide range of topics from our StartupSac Office Hours and the Carlsen Center webinars to help you learn what you need to succeed as a startup founder. From learning to craft a compelling narrative for your startup, to startup intellectual property, pitch decks, sales strategies, market analysis for startups, grants for startups, sales planning for startups, and more, we’ve got dozens of hours primed and ready for your viewing and learning pleasure.
In addition to topical learnings, we’ve got hours and hours of interviews with successful startup founders and venture capitalists from our Startup Happy Hour events and The Mark Haney Show. So, need a break from the triple-digit heat? Find a cool place to chill out and keep an eye on our social media channels for these learning opportunities. #SummerStartupReading2021
