Alchemist Microenterprise Academy is a 12-week business training course designed to make sense of the confusing aspects of starting a food business. The Spring Cohort runs February 27 through May 15. You must attend an information session in order to apply. The last info session is  Wednesday, Jan 31, 6 – 7 PM and held online.
