It’s finally here! Startup Weekend at Sac State is this weekend, kicking off Friday evening! If you are ready to give entrepreneurship a spin, now’s your chance! Participants will present and vote on BRAND NEW IDEAS on Friday, form teams around them, work to develop a business model and MVP on Saturday and Sunday, and then present those ideas to a panel of judges on Sunday evening. You don’t need to have an idea to participate! You also don’t need to be a student or faculty member at Sac State to participate. Use code “digest” to save $25 off admission! Hacker Lab just opened applications for its 3rd Pathways Scholarship Program, which offers 8 months of Hacker Lab access and more. This program is built to help low income individuals with goals of starting their own business, or who are looking for a new career or education opportunity and who don’t otherwise have the resources to reach them.
