Mark your calendars for the fifth annual Capital Creative Showcase on April 15th, 2023, hosted by the Sacramento Developer Collective. This year’s theme, “Level Up,” is all about progress and taking a step forward into the future. The showcase is the perfect opportunity to see the most innovative and creative talent that our region has to offer.
Spotlight on Student Showcase and Young Developers
The event features an all-new Student Showcase that highlights the next generation of creative talent. Participants are from Sac New Tech High School, Da Vinci Charter Academy, and the LVL UP young developers class. You’ll have the chance to meet these young creators and learn about their innovative ideas for the future of game development.
Exclusive Preview of 2023 Progressive Game Jam Games
The event will also feature the 2023 cohort for the Progressive Game Jam program, providing a unique opportunity to meet the teams behind these games and play them before they’re released. These games are sure to showcase the best and brightest in innovative game development from the Sacramento region.
Innovative Indie Developers, Artists, and Talents
The showcase will also feature some of the most innovative indie video game developers, artists, and creative talents in the region. Featured game studios include Anxious Tuna Entertainment, Ninja5, CLYDE Games, and more. This is a great chance to see what others in the industry are doing and to get inspired for your own projects.
Tickets Available Now for the Capital Creative Showcase 2023
Tickets are available now for $15 online or $20 at the door on the day of the event. Admission is free for children 12 and under when accompanied by a paying adult.
