1 Million Cups Sacramento is celebrating its 2 Year Anniversary this week! Since it launched in September 2016, over 200 startups have presented at this weekly Wednesday morning meetup. Prior to the start of the Sacramento Chapter of this Kauffman Foundation program, there was no weekly gathering of entrepreneurs in Sacramento.

1MC is more than just an opportunity for a startup to present their business model and get feedback; it’s a community of entrepreneurs who share ideas, provide peer-to-peer feedback and support each other on the journey. If you’re looking to be a part of the startup movement in Sacramento, make 1 Million Cups a part of your routine! (we’re always looking for coffee sponsors — if you’d like to help pick up the tab for the coffee expense, let me know! It’s about $30 a week.)

Speaking of the 1 Million Cups community, My Warchest, a 1MC alum, is looking for a senior engineer. My Warchest. is a dynamic software startup serving political campaigns with campaign budget management and will be supporting over $250 million in campaign finances in the 2018 election cycle.
