The next 1 Million Cups Sacramento will be at The Urban Hive on Wednesday, December 14 with two presenting companies who work out of the Urban Hive; Hegemony Technologies and Feat App.
Hegemony Technologies
Hegemony Technologies’ mission is to engineer better fitness and athletes through technology and analytics. They’ve created a rowing app tool that provides an objective and accurate evaluation of your technical abilities and boat moving skills. The Rowing App does this by measuring how well you’re rowing and providing feedback on the areas where you can make improvements. The built-in logbook allows you to track the information that the app is collecting about your stroke, as well as record workouts and upload screenshots of your erg monitor.
Feat App
Feat encourages children to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle by leveraging technology and their natural desire to play. It involves developing and shaping a platform linking children to healthy behaviors through a reward system that promotes both activity and rest, while encouraging habit forming healthy play patterns like time in nature, time outside and creative serious play.
