Kauffman FastTrac® teaches aspiring, early-stage entrepreneurs how to launch their businesses.

StartupSac in partnership with the MetroBusiness Center is excited to announce a new bootcamp for entrepreneurs! Kauffman FASTTRAC® is a 12-week entrepreneurial program that will empower, guide, and mentor individuals who want to launch a business or who have already done so and want to strengthen their skills. About the Program

StartupSac FastTrac Program

The program will walk participants through 12 steps that will help them get their idea down on paper, test it with customers, and put it out there in the market.  The program will meet once a week each Saturday for 2 hours, and participants will have ‘homework’ to complete during the week.  The sessions are supplemented by the Kauffman Foundation’s online FASTTRAC® curriculum.

At the end of the program, participants will have a realistic and practical business plan they’ve already started on, the basics on how to set up their business, and a good understanding of how the financials work.

The final session will celebrate the completion of the program and allow participants to invite family members and friends to see the progress they have made.

Logistics

The program will run on Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to noon from February 11 through May 20, 2023 (subject to change). The in-person meetings will be held at Capsity in Sacramento (Oak Park or Del Paso Heights Location). Seven of the meetings will be in person in Sacramento; five will be held via Zoom. Participants may miss a maximum of two sessions if they want to complete the program.

Need More Information?

StartupSac will hold an online information session on Wednesday, January 11 at Noon. We’ll present information on the program and answer any questions potential participants might have.  RSVP for the session here.
