TechEdge is a Sacramento tradition that I helped launch back in 2013 when I was program director at the Sacramento Regional Technology Alliance. When SARTA closed the doors in 2015, the Sacramento Business Journal picked up the baton and continued the tradition. TechEdge brings together the tech community from entrepreneurs to corporate technology companies, and Sacramento’s most influential tech executives. Because we can’t meet in person, the 2020 program is a webinar series that will include an impactful and impressive speaker lineup and three panel discussions with industry-specific experts. The series will happen on three consecutive Tuesday mornings from 10-11 AM starting this Tuesday, August 18. The August 25 session includes Cameron Law, Carlsen Center at Sac State, Gina Lujan, Hacker Lab, Jack Crawford, Impact Ventures, Lokesh Sikaria, Moneta Ventures and me, Laura Good, StartupSac. It would be so cool if you join us!

  1. Aug 18 Sacramento’s Top Tech Leaders Face the New World
  2. Aug 25 Starting Up in 2020
  3. Sep 1 Tech and the Future of Sacramento’s Economy

And here’s some great news, the Sacramento Business Journal has created a discount code for the StartupSac community! Use promo code “Startupsac” to save $10 off the $25 admission price.

Last week, HaneyBiz launched a video series called Made in Sacramento that features a number of Sacramento Startups as well as other businesses. I recommend checking it out! You can view all the videos here. And don’t miss the blooper reel!
