EnlitenAI took second place for its AI-powered platform focused on neurological care, while Sacramento startup Rely earned third place for its renter data-sharing platform. Elk Grove’s own Soar Optics was recognized as the Best Elk Grove Startup for its technology that helps detect microplastics faster and more efficiently.
