Artificial intelligence is changing the way we work, think, and create and now there’s an opportunity to dive in and learn how it all applies to your world. The AI Skills Lab at Frequency Coworking is a free, three-week program designed for entrepreneurs, professionals, and creators who already have some familiarity with AI and want to take their skills further.

Held in Rancho Cordova, this immersive program brings together over 100 participants in a productive, well-equipped coworking space with open desks, offices, and phone booths. With expert guidance, dedicated workspace, and a supportive community, the AI Skills Lab is built to help participants scale what they’re already working on. Whether you’re building an AI-powered product or applying AI to an existing process, this program offers the space and support to make real progress.

Who Should Apply

This program is well-suited for people who are already familiar with AI concepts and are actively working on something they want to develop further. It’s a great fit for entrepreneurs, founders, and professionals across sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, education, government services, and financial services.

What You’ll Learn and Do

Throughout the three weeks, participants can attend up to two sessions per day at 10 AM and 12 PM, with an optional happy hour session on Thursdays at 3 PM. The rest of the day is open for coworking, collaboration, and continued project development.

Each week includes programming around:

  • Funding and Investment: How AI is transforming startup fundraising
  • Government and Universities: How large institutions are adopting AI
  • Hands-On AI: From prompt engineering to ethical frameworks
  • Founder Lessons: Stories and advice from exited entrepreneurs
  • Marketing and Growth: Using AI to reach and grow your audience

There will also be food available for purchase on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Perks and Commitments

Accepted participants receive:

  • Six weeks of free coworking access at Frequency Coworking in Rancho Cordova
  • Access to mentors and speakers from companies like Google, Palantir, Accenture, NYSE, top investment funds, and Fortune 100 companies
  • A supportive space to focus on their projects, collaborate, and network
  • Participation in events, learning sessions, and weekly happy hours

Participants are asked to commit 10 hours of volunteer service to support the community, such as assisting with event setup, marketing, or tech support.
