This month’s featured guest is Paul Shapiro, Founder and CEO of The Better Meat Company. Paul is a national leader in sustainable food tech and author of the bestseller Clean Meat: How Growing Meat Without Animals Will Revolutionize Dinner and the World. He is also a five-time TEDx speaker and host of the Business for Good podcast.
At the AMA, Paul will share how he launched and scaled The Better Meat Company, a fermentation-based startup that transforms fungi into high-protein meat alternatives. He will talk about what it takes to grow a mission-driven business, raise capital, and bring breakthrough ideas to market.
