This year it’s going to be a little harder to participate in that Thanksgiving tradition of sharing what we’re grateful for with our loved ones. Whether it’s because you can’t be with them or because you are having trouble thinking of something to be grateful for, I feel ya! My celebration this year will just be three of us; in non-pandemic years, it has been closer to 25. In spite of our current circumstances, I encourage you to dig deep, even if you’re spending the holiday alone, and reflect on your blessings. It’s therapeutic and we all need that right now!
