If your company has a product, process, or service that deserves recognition for its creative concept, nominate it for the fourth annual Innovation Awards. Deadline to submit is 7/19. The Sacramento Region Innovation Awards recognize the area’s vibrant innovation community – from emerging to established companies – and their breakthrough creations. Submit your company’s innovation before the deadline next month!
Submissions for the Sacramento Region Innovation Awards are judged on novelty, market need, economic impact and disruption. If you know of an innovative product, service, or process that should be considered, submit an application before 7/19.
Innovations must meet the following criteria:
1. The innovation must be created, produced, or deployed in the Greater Sacramento region. The Greater Sacramento-region is defined as Butte, El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Solano, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba counties.
2. The innovation must have been recently developed. Because many innovations do not have a clear-cut beginning or may have a long go-to-market timeline, the organizers have chosen not to set a definitive time frame on the entry’s creation.
3. Innovations from academic entities must be in or near the commercialization stage.
4. Innovations submitted in prior years that were NOT named as a Winner are eligible to re-submit.
