March is Women’s History Month and there are a number of events happening that feature Sacramento women entrepreneurs making history. This Thursday at 5:30 PM, Sac Rotary and NAWBO are hosting Million Dollar Panel: Featuring Sacramento Fempreneurs. The panel is made up of local women business owners who have scaled their businesses to $1M+ in revenue who will share their experiences, journeys, and insights to their success. Panelists include Trifecta cofounder Liz Connolly, Hamama cofounder Camille Richman, FourthWave cofounder Cheryl Beninga, and Afineol IT Consulting president Margaret Strong. The event will also feature DiverseCity Ventures managing partner Mariah Lichtenstern who will provide a venture capitalist’s perspective. RSVP

Next week, on March 23, CleanStart Perspectives’ guest is Shira Lane, founder of the Atrium 916, a creative innovation center for sustainability offering space for impactful tech, art, and events through education, advocacy, and creative collaboration. Shira is also the creative director of of UPcyclePOP, a pop-up market for artistically repurposed art, furniture, fashion, home design and inventions with workshops open to the public. RSVP

Later this month, on March 30, Camille Richman, cofounder of Hamama, will be back for Startup Happy Hour where she’ll take a deeper dive into her journey in a fireside chat followed by an Ask Me Anything from attendees. Hamama is a West Sacramento startup that makes growing superfood greens fun. They will even be giving away a Hamama Starter Kit to one lucky attendee! RSVP
