Women Who Code is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers by creating a global, connected community of women in technology.
The Women Who Code Sacramento branch holds technology and coding learning sessions in and around Sacramento County and are eager to help startups and individuals working on tech startups in the region.

The Women Who Code Sacramento Meetup Group meets regularly offering:

Their next meetup, Getting Started with the Intel Edison & IoT, will be focusing on getting the Intel Edison arduino kit set up and connected. They will cover basic use of the Intel System Studio IoT Edition & XDK environments to develop applications for Edison by connecting to a small temperature sensor.
