Entrepreneurship is an exciting life but it’s also a very challenging one. It can be full of stress, loneliness and mental health challenges like depression. Add in the pandemic, and I suspect it’s been a harder year than “usual” for founders. Are you taking care of yourself? I know i could do a better job of that.
A couple of week’s ago, cofounder at StartupSac, Jeff Bennett, published an article on Medium, 5 Simple Techniques to Lower Your Stress. He shares methods that have worked for him and I bet they’d work for you as well. Give it a read and maybe it will help you like it did me. And remember to breathe!
