1 Million Cups Sacramento returned after a one week hiatus for the Thanksgiving holiday and things picked up right where they left off before the break with another good showing of attendance and two more interesting local startups presenting to the audience.
Mike Mendelson, founder of Splor, explained how his startup is looking to help wireless retail companies grow by facilitating practice learning in their organizations whose biggest challenge is their ability to train their workforce. Check out Mike’s introduction below to hear it straight from him.

A core component of each 1 Million Cups event is to ask the presenter what the community can do for him or her. Here’s Mike’s response to that question.
