Christopher Johnson is the Founder & CEO of Rapid Brands, Inc. and one of the more famous Sacramento entrepreneurs. He’s mostly known locally as the inventor of the Rapid Ramen Bowl and for successfully pitching that invention on Shark Tank in 2013, and securing an on-air deal with Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Maverick’s.
During Global Entrepreneurship Week in November, StartupSac teamed up with the Carlsen Center to bring Chris to the virtual Zoom stage for a fireside chat. In this engaging and inspiring session, Chris shared how he got started as an entrepreneurs, some of his early ventures, what motivated him and set him on the path of entrepreneurship, how Rapid Ramen came about, and how he has adjusted to the challenges that life has thrown at him, including the pandemic.
After the interview, we opened up the floor to the audience for Chris to field questions. This session was by far one of the most motivating and inspiring happy hour events we’ve organized. Check it out in the video recording of the event below.
