This week, I’m focusing on a community project I would love to have your help with. This coming Saturday, Sacramento’s startup community is rallying around a United Way Day of Caring project for Women of Color on the Move! You can get involved by donating just 3 hours of your time this Saturday morning, September 23 to help build community gardens in South Sacramento at several multi-family housing units. Our goal is to enlist 30 volunteers from the startup community to work on this project — we need your help! Find out more about the project on the StartupSac blog or just go directly to the Day of Caring project page and sign up. List “StartupSac” as your company so we’ll know you’re with us!
