Last night at Innogrove, Scott Sambucci, founder of SalesQualia presented on Startup Selling. The premise of the talk was that startup selling has it’s own strategy, approach, and methodology. Scott discussed how to attract your first customers and revenue as well as a sales process that works for startups. He covered discovering the right market and customers, converting sales, and building a repeatable sales framework.
I intended to video the whole talk but I got about 30 minutes into Scott’s talk and found that my memory card was full. My apologies to everyone, especially Scott, for that rookie mistake. Luckily I had a separate audio recording going as well and that captured the whole talk.
