It has been a while since the last startup expo brought to you by Bryan Barton. But, according to Bryan’s recent announcement, your Holiday wish has just been granted. Mark your calendar and grab your favorite ugly Christmas sweater – you’re invited to the Sacramento Startup Expo 12: Ugly Christmas Sweater Party!
When and where? December 18th at the Hacker Lab (Downtown).
This is a semi-informal event in order to foster a sense of community for Sacramento startups of all sizes- from napkin sketch to IPO! The purpose of Startup Expo is threefold:
- Networking
- Lightning Talks
- Expo
What cool companies are starting up right next door? Get off your couch and onto the Sacramento Startup wave!
The mini talks for this event will come from the crowd. What are YOU doing and what are YOU looking for in 2018. The crowd will help you get to your goals!
As always if you are a startup who has moved past the napkin phase and you’d like to showcase your product or company, just show up with your brochures, your laptop, and your swag. We will have a table ready for you!
As is always the case with Bryan’s Startup Expo events, the main concept behind this event, is, Booze, but not how you might usually think. It’s not a BYOB event it’s BOB – Bring Others Booze.
The only cost of admission to the event is booze, which you will give to someone you don’t know (if you don’t have booze or some other drink) it is $5.
If you have no booze (or snacks or soda) the entrance fee is $5
So to recap be at the Hacker Lab Sacramento on the 18th of December and bring enthusiasm for the growing Sacramento Entrepreneurship community.
