The Sacramento Business Journal presented the Sacramento Region Innovation Awards on November 18, 2021 at The Pavilion at Haggin Oaks. The event honored pioneering innovations developed or deployed in the Sacramento region.
The honorees were chosen by panels of experts, including venture capital investors, university academics, former executives and startup advisers.
The 2021 winners by category were:

- Medical Technology: VasoBio Inc.

- Sustainability: Wind Harvest Intl Inc.
- Innovation of the Year: Delix Therapeutics
- Pandemic Pivot Award: PowerSchool
