For nearly 20 years, annual UC Davis Big Bang! Business Competition, the largest annual business competition in the Sacramento region, has been launching startups. On Thursday, May 23 the community will have a chance to see the latest cohort of startups pitch their ideas.
This year, record 105 teams from across campus, the Sacramento region, California, the country and the globe entered the 2019 competition.
After a networking reception, watch the five finalist teams pitch their ventures. Find out who wins in the the awards ceremony, including the $20,000 top prize and the People’s Choice Award, voted on by the audience. This year’s Big Bang! will award more than $100,000 in prize money.
