Christine Sison had a busy life running a dental practice in Sacramento. One of the headaches she often experienced was finding talent affordably and quickly that was appropriate for her office. As many startup founders do, she thought there had to be a better way and came up with an idea to create a dental-specific SaaS staffing platform for dental practices.
She developed a solution as a side gig, validated it, and has steadily developed and grown the platform. Now, a few years later, she is the full-time founder and CEO of Swiss Monkey, “the dental industry’s coolest matchmaker.” She has begun to see some interesting traction with, several thousand paying customers and a respectable monthly recurring revenue.
