Sixteen local startups have been selected to advance to the semifinals round of the Pitch Elk Grove startup competition.
Over 50 regional innovative tech startups submitted their applications for the regions news startup pitch competition over the previous three weeks. The initial phase of the contest entailed reviewing the data and slide decks provided by the 50+ startups and narrowing the field down to just 16 who will participate in a private, virtual pitch-off on Wednesday, March 9 to narrow the field down to eight startups. The eight finalists will pitch in front of a live audience Thursday, March 31, 2022 at The Center at District 56 in Elk Grove. Prize money of $17,500, provided by the City of Elk Grove, will be awarded for the first place, second place, and audience favorite at the final event.

About Pitch Elk Grove
Pitch Elk Grove is a contest organized by StartupSac and the City of Elk Grove that offers tech entrepreneurs in the greater Sacramento region a chance to gain visibility, receive mentorship and win prize money. Pitch Elk Grove will provide innovative, investable startups with the opportunity to showcase their companies in-person at a public pitch event.
