Are you an early-stage company founder in need of refining who your customer is and what product you are building for them?
Join the Carlsen Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship and the Capital Region SBDC, for a 10-week long cohort program supporting you as a founder in getting to problem/solution fit. Their aim is to have you poised to go from zero to one (zero customers to one and beyond).
The Lean Innovator Series is a foundation and launchpad for you to feel confident in reaching out and securing customers and investment. They will do this by supporting you in getting clear on your messaging, story, and collecting evidence to verify the various aspects of your business model.
This Zoom-based program (taught by Dan Casas-Murray and facilitated by the Carlsen Center) will cover the following areas:
- Customer Profile Development
- Market Niche Research
- Value Proposition Design
- Light Prototyping
- Collateral Design
