Meet Our AMA Guest: Derek Chase, CEO of OnSight Technology
Derek Chase leads OnSight Technology, a company that is pioneering the use of autonomous and tele-operated Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) with advanced imaging and AI capabilities to inspect solar farms. These UGVs can cover up to 360 miles per month, providing highly detailed inspections while reducing environmental and safety risks. Derek’s expertise spans over 15 years in renewable energy, and he currently co-chairs the SEIA O&M Committee, helping to set industry best practices. He’s also a member of the YPO Pacific Chapter, a network of influential young CEOs dedicated to making a positive global impact. This AMA session will offer a unique opportunity to gain insights into the cutting-edge technology shaping the renewable energy sector and learn how startups like OnSight Technology are making a difference.
