Last Thursday a group of health and technology enthusiasts gathered at 3Fold Communications in Midtown for another Health 2.0 Sacramento meeting. In addition to lighting talks from winners of Startup Weekend and the UC Davis BigBang! competition, we heard from Dr. Katherine Kim, an assistant professor at University of California Davis, Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing. Dr. Kim’s research focuses on the use of information technology such as mobile, social, and distributed systems to improve care coordination, community health, and stakeholder-engaged research. Here’s the video of her presentation as well as the Q&A session afterwards. If you’re interested in future Health 2.0 Sacramento meetings, follow Health 2.0 on Twitter or like the Health 2.0 Facebook page to notified on future meetings.
