Hack4Sac Hackathon Closing Event
If you’re kicking yourself for missing the Kings’ Capitalize event, you still have chance to witness the conclusion of yet another local contest next week. For six weeks, members of the community have teamed up in Sacramento County’s Hack4Sac Hackathon to develop technology solutions for challenges faced by Sacramento County residents. Now, it’s time to see the results!
Join Sacramento County and Code4Sacramento for the Hack4Sac Closing Event next Tuesday night where each team will pitch their presentations and $10K in prizes will be awarded to the top three solutions. Winners will be picked by a panel of judges and the audience. This event is free. Sign up to take part and enjoy some pizza. Bring your laptop or mobile device to participate in live voting.
Startup Grind with Randy Hucks, CEO of Flippbox
The Hack4Sac Closing Event will have some competition for the attention of the startup community that night as Startup Grind Sacramento welcomes Randy Hucks, CEO of Flippbox, a firm which is proudly relocating to Sacramento from the east coast.
