We invite entrepreneurs, scholars, students, and practitioners to our inaugural Sacramento Social Entrepreneurship Summit – Practical Roundtable. Our first Summit – Practical Roundtable is to discuss on the topic of social entrepreneurship and its impact on the City of Sacramento’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. The event will be the first of its kind to define what social entrepreneurship is for Sacramento and discuss the best practices for our community. While the topic of social entrepreneurship and its trends are well documented nationwide, the event aims to examine and promote social entrepreneurship at our regional level.
This event is to be held on February 22, 2024. This event is our first of two events on Sacramento Social Entrepreneurship Summit – Practical Roundtable and Pitch Competition this year. The events are funded by a grant from City of Sacramento Office of Innovation and Economic Development’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Event Grant 2023. The events will be in person and open to the public.
