About the Speaker:

Dr. Charles Hillyer is the Director of the Center for Irrigation Technology (CIT) in Fresno, California, where he has been leading advancements in irrigation innovation since 2019. With over 15 years of experience in agricultural technology, he has held key roles such as Chief Technology Officer at IFF: Irrigation for the Future, Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist at Texas A&M AgriLife, and Senior Research Assistant Professor at Oregon State University. His expertise spans irrigation system design, data-driven water management, and climate-resilient agricultural practices, making him a recognized leader in sustainable irrigation solutions.
