Doug Younger is the Founder & CEO of 3STEPS4WARD A Marketing Company, a technology forward silicon-valley full service agency for startups, entrepreneurs, & small business.

Doug is also the Host of Twist of Fate A Small Business Podcast that brings together Founders, CEOs, small business owners, and social impact leaders in a dialogue about how to make the world better.

Locally in Sacramento, Doug has been sponsor and judge for the NBA Sacramento Kings crowd-sourced pitch competition named CAPITALIZE, judge in the Spark Ventures Competition at the Carlsen Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Sacramento State University, and mentor for the Growth Factory.

Doug brings 20+ years of international marketing, commercialization, and technology experience from Fortune 500 enterprises, startups, & non-profits. Doug is a lecturer in the Executive MBA program of California State University East Bay and Oberlin College & Conservatory. He earned an MBA in marketing and bioscience entrepreneurship from Case Western Reserve University.
