Code Like an Ace: The Tennis Refactoring Kata

Join us for another hands-on learning session as we tackle the [Tennis Refactoring Kata](https://github.com/emilybache/Tennis-Refactoring-Kata). We’ll review the requirements together and lay out a strategy for approaching the kata before dividing up into groups. As usual, we’ll have a mob at the big screen as well as smaller groups or solo teams based on what folks prefer.
**Who Should Attend**
Anyone interested in practicing coding or helping others do the same.
**Timeline**
6:30 – Doors open. Free-form mingling.
**6:40** – Presentation starts. We’ll go over a strategy for approaching this kata then split up into groups to work on it.
8:10 – We’ll share our progress and do a quick retrospective.
8:30 – Meeting formally ends. People are welcome to stay and mingle or keep working on the kata. Usually some folks go out for food and drinks after.
