**Mai Moua Vang** is a UX designer and researcher with a deep focus on bridging connections between people and information by crafting user-centered digital experiences. She’s been in the tech industry since 2021 after transitioning from a successful career supporting and helping students at the University of California as a Financial Aid Specialist. Mai Moua currently works as a UX Designer at NCR Voyix on their Hospitality team.
**Mark Takata** is a 27-year-veteran of the tech industry, with professional experience as a software developer, product manager, project manager, ux designer, and technical writer. He knows over a dozen programming languages and frameworks, and currently serves globally as the Senior Technical Evangelist for Adobe ColdFusion.
