Summertime, and the livin’ is easy…, so you’ll (hopefully) excuse us as we dropped the ball on StartupSac Happy Hour for the month of July. But, if you’re craving a startup happy hour event we’re going to see if we can pull one off next week. In fact, we’re going to say that it wasn’t that we got busy and didn’t get the end of the month happy hour organized. Rather, we’re going with the story that we were planning to pivot a bit and switch StartupSac Happy Hour to the beginning of the month. Furthermore, in addition to switching it from the last week of the month to the first week of the month, for this version, we’re going to forego our regular format of having a veteran entrepreneur field questions from the audience and instead focus on just a networking event where entrepreneurs can hang out and socialize. It’s essentially the same format as what used to be Beer and Geeks. So commit that code, save that pitch you’re working on and get down to Old Sac us next Wednesday starting at 5:30 at SacTown Sports Bar in to just hang out and swap startup war stories and get to know your fellow Sacramento entrepreneurs.
