Lisa is a dynamic leader and seasoned consultant with over three decades of experience spanning the medical, legal, and higher education sectors. As the founder of Elevate U. Coaching and Consulting, she leverages her extensive background to empower individuals and organizations through leadership development and coaching. Lisa holds multiple coaching certifications, including ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), iPEC-trained Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and Core Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS).
Her academic journey includes a BA in Applied Psychology with a Concentration in Social Psychology and a Master’s in Education with a Concentration in Organizational Learning & Effectiveness from Benerd College. Lisa is completing a Doctorate in Education, specializing in Leadership and Innovation, in May 2025.
Lisa’s commitment to mentorship and coaching is evident through her active participation in programs like the UOP S.A.C. MentorMe Program, NNLSO, and pro-bono coaching initiatives such as ICF-Sacramento’s Ignite program and Women’s Empowerment. She also serves as an individual and team coach at the annual U.C. Berkeley People & Culture Annual Next Opportunity at Work (NOW) Conference.
Her volunteer efforts extend to the greater Sacramento area, where she engages with organizations like Impact Foundry and Social Venture Partners—Fast Pitch. There, she offers professional performance coaching to help organizations craft compelling narratives for increased visibility and growth.
Additionally, Lisa contributes to the higher education community through various roles in PACRAO and NNLSO, demonstrating her dedication to leadership development and service. She serves as the Dean of PACRAO’s Leadership Development Institute and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Benerd College of Education at the University of the Pacific.
