With offices in Sacramento and Newport Beach, BTNT focuses on financings (venture capital, debt, private equity), mergers & acquisitions, securities law, technology and other business transactions, restructuring, workout and insolvency matters, as well as general corporate and governance matters. Mr. Bosley’s clients cover many industries, including technology, healthcare, franchising, professional services, retail, real estate and natural resources and the firm also represents angel and VC investors. Mr. Bosley currently serves on the Board of Directors of SARTA, the Advisory Board of HackerLab, and the Board of Directors of UCP of Northern California. He earned his law degree with high honors from Duke University School of Law, and holds an economics degree from CSUS.
Mary E. Farrell, founder of the Farrell Law Group, is a litigator with 22+ years of experience and expertise in representing employers of all sizes. Mary works closely with clients to develop credible litigation avoidance strategies in high-risk employment disputes as well as navigating daily personnel challenges. Mary has experience handling individual harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims, contract & tort-based employment litigation, whistleblower actions, unfair competition & trade secret litigation as well as class action wage & hour claims. She was also awarded this recognition every year since 2010. Mary has been selected for inclusion in Sacramento Magazine’s Top Lawyers list for 2015 and 2016 and was recently selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2016 and 2017 in the field of Litigation/Labor & Employment. The Farrell Law Group has also been named to the “Best Law Firms” 2017 list.
Brad Heisler received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 1991, and is registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney. Brad has filed and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications into patents both in the U.S. and overseas. He has also registered hundreds of trademarks. In addition, Brad has been involved in patent, trademark and copyright litigation, has assisted clients in licensing and selling their inventions to industry and has procured intellectual property rights in foreign countries. Brad established Heisler & Associates in Roseville, California in 1994. Previous to this, he spent five years as a law clerk and associate attorney with the Law Offices of Bloom & Kreten in Sacramento, California. Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with honors from Walla Walla University in 1988. Brad’s studies covered a broad range of disciplines including machine design, engineering materials, thermodynamics, circuit analysis, computer programming, control systems and instrumentation.
